El Sulayr was born in 2008, as an alternative place to purely traditional gastronomy, with simple dishes from different parts of the world, but with excellent products and touches of the land.
This, combined with good music and seasoned with cultural events and activities, has given Sulayr its own stamp, and has made it a meeting point for the most diverse local and foreign characters.
Specializing in children, vegetarians and lately in vegans, we have succulent juices and natural smoothies, and exotic infusions prepared at the moment, although you will also find a small menu of cocktails and special coffees
We carry practically the entire menu, and we usually have excellent quality local products for sale.

Our passion for plants and recycling has also given us a particular aesthetic and atmosphere. Precisely to promote recycling, local production and cultural exchanges, in 2012 the SULAYR KmO Cultural Association materialized, which is the one that maintains the happy and renewed spirit, organizing small concerts, art exhibitions, film cycles, or simply afternoons of chess.
